Your Pocket/Wallet holster will be shipped from Edgewater, Florida, 32132.

If you order after 3PM on Friday or on Saturday, Sunday or Monday, your order will be processed on Tuesday, as we are closed Sunday and Monday.
Monday is NOT a business day for us.

We will do our best to get your holster to you by the best and quickest method.

Once your order is shipped, we do not
guarantee the time the shipper
takes to deliver your order. 

We strive to keep an adequate inventory of all our models of Pocket Holsters and ship your order on a timely basis.  However, since this is a hand-made product, an out-of-stock situation could delay shipping your order up to two weeks.

RETURN POLICY

It is not easy or convenient for you or for us when you need to return one of our holsters.  We are a small company and handling unnecessary returns takes us away from other customers and slows business in general.  Here are a few suggestions to keep you from having to return one of our pocket holsters:
 

1. Due to requests from many of our customers, we now make pocket holsters for several firearms that are obviously too large to fit in the pocket of dress slacks or jeans.  This includes 5 shot revolvers, Glock’s, Walther’s, 9mm Keltec’s and Skyy semi autos.  If you have one of these firearms and it already does not fit into your pocket, do not order one of our holsters and expect it to make your gun smaller.  It will not.  Our holsters are made only as large as necessary to hide the print of the firearm. The holsters for these oversized carry guns will fit nicely into many cargo style pants or shorts.  They will not fit standard pants pockets.  Again, do not order one of our pocket holsters and expect it to make your gun any smaller than it is already.
2. Right handed persons should order right handed holsters, lefties should order left hand.  Right hand holsters will not properly function in a left side pocket and left handed holsters will not properly work in a right side pocket.
3. We manufacture POCKET HOLSTERS.  They are made to carry in your POCKET!   Specifically your rear pants pockets. However, many of our customers like to carry our holsters in their front pocket.  Our holsters will not fit on your belt or your ankle. They will not work as an inside the pants holster. They are pocket holsters.
4. Do not order one of our holsters just to try it out.  They are tried and proven.  We have thousands of satisfied customers.  Know what you are getting before you order.  Read our descriptions and look at the photos.

If we make a mistake on your order, we will correct it at our expense. 

All returns not our mistake are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be in “as new” and sellable condition.  All packaging and labeling should be intact and there should be no signs of carrying, wearing or makings inside the holster from inserting and extracting a firearm.  We sell new holsters.  We do not sell used holsters and have the right of refusal on issuing a refund if the holster has obviously been used.  You have 10 days after receiving your order to request a return for refund.There will be no refund of shipping charges.

We do not want your 20% restocking fee.  It is not a money making proposition for us.  It does not cover our costs to process your order, ship it out, then take it back.
